I like the concept, but in reality, its not great

"The ability to “change” the way the pillow feels is really nice in theory, however, if you move during the night it shifts and ends up being really uncomfortable. As a side sleeper, this has given me a stiff neck every morning, no matter what “configuration” the pillow was in when I went to bed. My wife is a back sleeper and she says that it is fine, but again gets frustrated with the fact that it shifts into a different “configuration” during the night. Unfortunately, there are no returns for pillows with PerformaSleep so now I am just out $150 and still have to find a new pillow."

"I would have given this a 5 star review but unfortunately one pillow had a rip in it. I have had no response from the company and I’m very disappointed. They are quite spendy and should have been perfect. On the other hand once we sewed it up they are quite comfy."
