"Absolutely LOVE this pillow. I bought a queen and a king and have not disappointed. Its the perfect thickness firmness and adjusts easily to your desired numbers for your sleeping position. It came with a card to help you find your perfect combination. My granddaughter bought one for herself after sleeping on one of mine. They are approx. 7-8 inches thick the length of a queen is equal to a standard size pillow -a king is much longer. The deep pocket open ended pillow case is silky soft and helps with the cooling effect. I am finally able to get a comfortable and good nights sleep. Wonderful pillow. I will not go back to a standard pillow."
