If you join PerformaSleep Rewards, we use information associated with your rewards account, including your contact information, points balance, purchase activity, and program participation, to administer the program, provide rewards, personalize your experience, and measure program performance.

Where permitted and subject to your choices, we may share privacy-protected identifiers, such as hashed email addresses or hashed phone numbers, with advertising and analytics partners including Google. These partners may use the identifiers to match you with an existing account, measure loyalty-member engagement and advertising performance, create or update customer audiences, and personalize advertising or loyalty benefits. Hashing converts the identifier into a coded value before it is shared, although the resulting data remains subject to applicable privacy requirements.

We do not sell rewards points or permit advertising partners to access your PerformaSleep password. You may opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe method provided in the communication and may exercise applicable privacy rights through our privacy choices or by contacting us.

SECTION 3 - SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may use service providers to operate our store and services, including Shopify, Yotpo, Klaviyo, Microsoft Clarity, Google, payment processors, shipping providers, customer-support providers, and advertising or analytics providers. They may process personal information only as needed to provide services to us and according to their applicable terms and privacy obligations.
